By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms of use. These terms of use also apply to our articles and texts that we provide to publishers, journalists, editors, and other media representatives for the purpose of publication.

1. Use of the material is permitted exclusively within the scope of use communicated by Conspectum®. This applies to the type, duration, and number of uses.

III. Copyright Notice, Copies

3. Two copies of each publication in print or physical digital media must be sent to Conspectum® unsolicited and free of charge.

1. German law exclusively applies to these general terms of use and the relationship between the user and Conspectum®. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the competent court of Conspectum® Bayreuth, Germany.
2. Should one or more provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3. We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future.
4. Side agreements and amendments to the terms of use require written form for their legal validity.

Use by Search Engines and AI Systems

The above restrictions do not apply to machine processing by search engines, AI assistant, and answer engine systems for the purpose of indexing, citation, and linking to the original source with attribution and URL. Use of the contents for training commercial AI language models still requires separate written approval.

Communication via Email

Communication via email may have security vulnerabilities. For example, emails in transit to Conspectum® employees could be intercepted and read by skilled internet users. Should we receive an email from you, we assume that we are authorized to respond by email. Otherwise, we must explicitly refer you to another form of communication. We are able, upon request, to encrypt messages with common encryption standards.
